Mr. Harry Kimtai is the Principal Secretary, State Department for Mining in the Ministry of Mining, Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs. He was appointed as Principal Secretary by H.E President Dr. William Samoei Ruto C.G.H, President of the Republic of Kenya and Commander - In - Chief of the Defence Forces.
